We believe that everyone should have the knowledge and skills to develop and maintain their athletic potential at all stages of life’s fitness journey.
Our aim is that by 2030, the essential skills in our courses – foundation movements skills, strength-based training and energy systems training – will be widely practised, enjoyed, understood and adopted as ongoing life skills by school leavers everywhere.
Our strategy to achieve that vision begins with introducing the principles of athletic development to enthusiastic fitness practitioners, teachers, physical therapists and sports coaches to create an army of confident, competent and committed leaders to create a future where physical robustness is the norm.
